New Stamp Duty Match Offer

In the Autumn Statement, the Government have changed the Stamp Duty rates which means most new home buyers will save on stamp duty.

In response to this, we are also matching the savings made on Stamp Duty on some of our Shipdham homes.

For example, on Plot 13 in Shipdham which is £279,995 the buyer will save £4,400 in Stamp Duty and now pay £4,000 instead of £8,400. We will also match this £4,400 saving by taking £4,400 off the price of the home.
