New Land Role Created At Abel Homes
Leading Norfolk-based house builder Abel Homes has appointed Dan Watts to the new role of land estimator. He will be responsible for liaising with land agents and appraising potential sites for development, whether strategic land for future development or more immediate sites with planning permissions.
Mr Watts has wide experience in the property sector in East Anglia both on the quantity surveying and civil engineering side, having worked for two large house builders and one of the region’s most actively developing housing associations.
He grew up in north London, but now lives in Bury St Edmunds with his young family.
Abel Homes managing director Paul LeGrice said, “The creation of this role is an indication of our continued growth and the firm’s growing reputation among landowner and agents as a partner of choice.”
