hus46 Watton Sales Office and Showhouse is Now Open

The showhouse at our new development of 46 highly energy-efficient new homes in Watton opened on 31st March 2012. The new homes, which will be known as hus46, feature an innovative design which combines sustainability with a stunning contemporary look.

The new houses feature an innovative design which has taken its cue from our award-winning Conran-designed development in Norwich. The distinctive design features a mixture of brick, render and cedar cladding, with zinc guttering. Some of the gardens will have willow hurdle fencing.

The two-, three- and four-bedroom homes have been designed to be as energy-efficient as practicable, with solar photovoltaic panels fitted to each house, triple glazing, as well as LED down-lighters and high levels of insulation.

The homes are being built on the site of the former Abels shire-horse stables on the town´s Norwich Road. The first phase of 11 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes has now been released for sale with prices ranging from £130,000 to £250,000.

Each new home at hus46 will be completed to a very high specification, including integrated fridge/freezers and dishwashers, ceramic floor tiles in kitchens, chrome taps and shower fittings, smooth ceilings and fitted floor coverings throughout. In addition, each home will be fitted with an intruder alarm system and electronically-operated doors to all garages.

The showhouse is open on Saturday and Sunday from 10am - 4pm.
