Brisk Demand At New Homes launch In Taverham

More than a third of the available homes at Abel Homes' site in Taverham were snapped up during the launch weekend, with seven of the 17 homes on the second phase of the Taursham Park site reserved in the first three days.

With further interest already shown in many of the remaining ten homes, the advice is to move quickly for those seeking to live on the popular development.

The two-, three- and four-bedroom homes form the second phase of the site, which has already seen 93 new homes delivered in Phase one, alongside three public open spaces and a wooded area with woodland walk.

"We had already received high levels of interest in Phase Two of Taursham Park, and the busy launch weekend saw this interest convert into actual purchases," said Paul LeGrice, managing director of Abel Homes.

Prices for the homes, all of which boast an EPC rating of 'A', range from £290,000 to £585,000.
