Sales Consultant

Abel Homes are an award winning, family-owned independent housebuilder with a number of developments across Norfolk. Through a move of staff internally within the company, a position has arisen for an experienced Sales Consultant at our busy development in Swaffham. This provides an excellent opportunity, for the right person, to work at this exciting new site. 

 Responsibilities and duties include:

• Meet and Greet clients to the development
• To promote the company and its properties, leading to an excellent sales record
• Liaise with customers and accompany viewings
• Respond to telephone and email enquiries
• Manage the customer database and keep clients up-to-date of releases
• To be knowledgeable about all Abel Homes development and to cross sell these
• Maintaining administrative records and to complete reservation paperwork

 Required Skills: 

• Previous experience within New Home sales or property sales beneficial.
• Excellent customer care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Well-presented.
• Confident to deal with customers.
• Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.

 Working hours: 9:30am to 4:30pm, Thursday to Monday.
