Planning permission has been granted for us to build 51 new homes on Castleacre Road in Swaffham, a mixture of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses and flats, some of which will be affordable housing available through a local housing association.
We plan to start groundworks in the autumn/winter of 2008 and hope to have the show house ready in May/June 2009.
