Overview

Gardeners Green is a development of 34 highly specified homes on the edge of the popular Norfolk market town of Hingham. The 25 homes on general sale range from 2 to 4 bedrooms, are designed with comfort and convenience very much in mind and are finished in a contemporary manner.

The fully fitted kitchens include stainless steel Bosch hobs and ovens, integrated fridge/freezers and dishwashers*, all of which are A-rated appliances for greater energy efficiency. Every home has an intruder alarm system ftted for added security, and includes the convenience of electrically operated door to the garage.

We are introducing several other environmentally friendly features to our houses at Gardeners Green, including solar panels on a number of the properties, which will provide around 70% of the hot water in the home. Low energy light fittings are fitted throughout, whilst waste separation bins in the kitchens and compost bins in the gardens, will encourage recycling and composting. Water consumption will be reduced by the fitting of flow restrictors to all bathroom taps and the use of dual-flush WCs, whilst water butts will be provided to collect rain water for use in the garden.
