Oak Meadow, Shipdham

Oak Meadow is situated between High Street and Mill Road in the centre of Shipdham, within close proximity to the shops and facilities available in the village.
The 43 new homes will incorporate a mix of cottage-style houses through to more formal family homes with large gardens and will range from 2 to 5 bedrooms. 13 of the houses will be ´affordable homes´ to be made available through a local housing association. The remaining properties will be sold by Abel Homes with the assistance of Tops Property Service in Dereham.

We are currently carrying out an archeological dig on site as well as having work done to the trees on the land.

Q Corner, Diss

We have recently received planning permission for a scheme of 14 homes. The properties will be located on the corner of Mission Road and Sandy Lane in Diss, within easy walking distance of the railway station.

The homes will range from 2 bedroom semi-detached houses to 4 bedroom detached family homes.  

 

 

 

 

Green Acres, Swaffham

We have recently been granted planning permission to build 51 new homes on Castleacre Road in Swaffham. The homes will be a mixture of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses and flats, some of which will be affordable housing available through a local housing association.
