Briar Gardens Management Company Ltd.

After completion of the whole development, the maintenance of the private road (to be known as Briar Gardens) and common landscaped areas within the development at Briar Gardens will become the responsibility of Briar Gardens Management Company Ltd. Purchasers of the dwellings at Briar Gardens will become Shareholders of the Management Company and each will be eligible to become a Director (and one will become the Secretary) of this Company. After the sale of the last dwelling, the property owners at Briar Gardens, will wholly own the Management Company, which will be self-regulating. An initial annual Management Company service charge of £150 is proposed, but this service charge may vary from year to year in the future at the Management Company’s discretion.
